Designer and founder of Son of A Noble SNOB, Mani Shanker Singh, expressed excitement over designing outfits for actor Akshaye Khanna in the film Dhurandhar. He styled the actor in a few important scenes, collaborating closely with the film’s styling team.
Speaking to ANI, Singh revealed that the project began three years ago when the team approached him. “They reached out, provided a brief, and we worked with the stylist. That’s how it worked,” he said, noting that details about Khanna’s character were kept secret.
Singh described the collaboration as highly creative. Most design inputs came from the styling team, who guided him on the tone of each scene. He adapted pieces from his own collection to match the narrative while ensuring they reflected the actor’s character. Though Singh did not work directly with Khanna, he confirmed the actor appreciated the outfits.
Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar, has become the highest-grossing Hindi film, surpassing Pushpa 2: The Rule. The movie stars Ranveer Singh alongside Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, and R Madhavan in pivotal roles.
